Petroprimo, the Lisbon-based company of the Partex Oil and Gas Group, is in the process of changing its name to PARTEX SERVICES PORTUGAL.
Created in March 1996, the Group's Management Unit responsible for all the technical and administrative support to Group companies and affiliates, was the only one that did not share the name "Partex" with its sister companies.
Once the bureaucratic procedures are concluded, the effective date of the change of name will be formally announced.
