| The exploratory well presently being drilled in the deep offshore block BMS-10 in Santos Basin, in Brazil represents a record in the country. The well is being drilled from a vessel operating on a water layer of 2100 metres and has reached a total depth of 7628 metres (including the water layer). Petrobras is the operator of the concession, holding 65% participation. Partex has a 10% shareholding interest and BG the remaining 25%. |
