| In North Africa, the Partex Oil and Gas Group had a 7.5% participation in the Production Sharing Agreement of exploration block 401d, in the Berkine basin, NE of Algeria (with Sonatrach, Repsol YFP and Woodside Energy) that terminated in the end of 2006, as it did not proceed to the appraisal and development phases. In July 2008, Partex was pre-qualified as on-shore operator. The Group is actively pursuing other business opportunities in the Country. |
